Introducing The All-New 2021 Toyota Sienna

The Toyota Sienna

The Toyota Sienna receives an exciting new look for 2021, and it sets the new standard for family vehicles. Fashioned with a completely new exterior design and exciting new capabilities and features, you’re sure to love what this vehicle will offer. If you’re looking for a unique family-friendly vehicle, the 2021 Sienna will exceed your expectations.

From the inside out, we’ll explore what you’ll love about the Sienna’s redesign and tell you why it’s a great family vehicle option for you. For starters, you’ll have innovative performance.

Previous Sienna models were offered with a V6 engine. The 2021 model will be the first generation to be offered exclusively as a hybrid. The powertrain will be a combination of a 2.5L 4-cylinder gasoline engine and 2 electric motors that combine to deliver 243 horsepower. The Sienna will also be offered in an all-wheel drive option. Hybrid performance is anticipated to earn a city/highway combined rating of 33 miles per gallon and will provide better overall fuel economy than the Sienna’s non-hybrid competitors. Best of all, this family vehicle will be able to tow up to 3,500 lbs. You’ll be able to road trip with everything you want and get to your destination with fewer stops along the way.

When it comes to visual appeal, this latest Sienna is certainly eye-catching. The Sienna boasts a new exterior that features sleek body sculpting, a wide mouth front grille and angular headlamps. It also features LED foglamps along the lower front grille. The rear profile sports the same angular taillamp design and model badging across the centre of the tailgate. The new look is less boxy than previous Sienna models, and it aims to share a similar silhouette with Toyota’s SUV lineup. Overall, the Sienna profile is wide and low, sitting on available 20” wheels.

The interior also receives an exciting makeover. Designed to maximize cargo capacity, passenger comfort and to include even more convenience features, the 2021 Sienna ensures that you love your time on the road. The latest Sienna model features a new tall bridge console that spans from the dashboard to the centre armrest. This design provides a spacious storage cubby underneath. To maximize passenger comfort even more, you can opt for the available second row captain’s chairs that offer up to 25” of legroom. Getting into the Sienna is made easy with available power sliding rear doors, and loading your cargo is even easier with the available kick-open power lift tailgate.

The Sienna will also come equipped with great entertainment features to keep the whole family entertained. The 9” infotainment touchscreen is standard compatible with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Amazon Alexa. SiriusXM Radio and 4G Wi-Fi hotspot will also come standard. You’ll be able to enjoy your music and media through the Sienna’s 6-speaker audio system, or you can opt for the available 12-speaker JBL premium audio system. Other exciting available features will include a digital rearview mirror, 10” colour head-up display, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, heated steering wheel and heated second-row seating.

Your rear-seat passengers can enjoy the available entertainment system with an 11.6” display while you stay focused on the road with available built-in navigation.

Optimum performance and safety is credited to Toyota’s TNGA Platform: Toyota New Global Architecture, implementing structural innovation to create high-quality vehicles. In addition to TNGA innovation, the Sienna will come standard equipped with a rearview camera and Toyota Safety Sense 2.0. Key standard Sienna safety features include:

  • Automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection
  • Lane departure warning with lane-keeping assist
  • Adaptive cruise control
  • Blind-spot monitoring

Additional available safety features will include a 360-degree exterior camera system and parking sensors.

The 2021 Sienna is anticipated to hit stores in late 2020 and will be offered in 6 trim options:

  • L
  • LE
  • XLE
  • XSE
  • Limited
  • Platinum

With everything the 2021 Toyota Sienna will have to offer, it’s undeniable that it will provide a unique driver and passenger experience. Whether you’re headed to school drop-offs or family road trips, the Sienna has so many great features for everyone to enjoy.
